Return and Exchange Policy
At Alex and Taylor, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and exchange policy.
Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for items to be returned
- Returns are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
- Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are permitted for items of the same value or for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@alexandtaylor.com / +1 904 815 7600 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided with your RA number.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
